Pure Life Research Calculator

"*" indicates required fields

Enter the total peptide mass in your vial. For example, a 5 mg vial contains 5,000 micrograms.
Enter the total liquid added to calculate your research concentration.
This is the target quantity you intend to measure for your research draw in milligrams or micrograms.
Requested amount unit
(optional, can leave empty)
Syringe scale*
Select “U-100 Insulin” if using a standard insulin syringe where 100 units equals 1 mL. Choose “mL only” for direct volume readings.
Precision mode
Show full precision (no rounding) in results.
This field is hidden when viewing the form
Advanced Mode
Displayed values are theoretical and for research reference only.

How it works

Step 1: Define Your Vial
Enter the total compound amount printed on your vial’s label.
This is the full peptide content before adding any diluent.
• Example: If your vial reads 5 mg BPC-157, type 5 in the “Vial Amount” field.
• This number represents the total peptide mass contained in the vial.
Tip: Confirm your vial strength before starting. Accurate input ensures precise calculations.

Step 2: Refine Your Volume
Enter the diluent volume (in milliliters) you plan to add during reconstitution. This determines the concentration of your final solution.
• Example: Adding 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 5 mg vial creates a concentration of 2.5 mg per mL.
• Smaller liquid volumes yield higher concentrations; larger volumes result in lower concentrations.
Tip: Using rounded volumes such as 1 mL, 2 mL, or 3 mL keeps future calculations simple and consistent.

Step 3: Set Your Target Measurement
Enter the amount of peptide you wish to calculate per draw.
You may select either milligrams (mg) or micrograms (µg) depending on your precision needs.
• Example: To determine the draw volume for 250 µg, enter “250” and select “µg.”
The calculator automatically converts your chosen target into the exact liquid volume needed.
Tip: 1 mg = 1,000 µg. Micrograms are ideal for smaller, more precise measurements.

Step 4: Select Your Preferred Scale
Choose how you’d like your results displayed.
• Milliliters (mL): Best for pipettes, mixing, or lab-based liquid handling.
• Insulin Units (U-100): Best for insulin syringes, where 100 units = 1 mL.
This allows you to match the calculator’s results to the tools you use in your research environment.

Step 5: Review Your Results
Your results will appear instantly, showing:
• Concentration of your solution (mg/mL and µg/mL).
• Exact draw volume for your target amount (in mL or units).
• Total number of draws available per vial.
• Remaining volume and peptide content after each draw.
Values update automatically as you adjust any input, providing complete flexibility for different reconstitution ratios or study designs.

Learn More About Your Calculation

Understanding Your Calculation

Each vial begins with a defined compound mass. When reconstituted, that mass dissolves into a measured liquid volume, producing a concentration expressed in mg/mL or µg/mL.

Your draw volume represents the portion required to reach your intended research measurement.

Every result is reproducible, documented, and traceable, a reflection of Verified Purity.

Precision continues beyond the calculation.

Work within a clean, controlled environment and keep vials sealed when not in use.

Store under recommended research-use conditions, avoiding light, humidity, and freeze-thaw cycles.

For detailed Storage & Formulation Handling by Format including vials, sprays, topicals, and patches, visit the Peptide Science Glossary.

Reference each compound’s COA and verify it through the Verified Purity Database.

Every COA represents transparency, traceability, and uncompromised quality.

Micro-measurements rely on calibrated instruments and consistent technique.

This calculator provides theoretical mathematics designed to support advanced laboratory accuracy.
